BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF KEY WEST, FLORIDA: That the final adopted ad valorem tax general municipal millage rate for FY 2025-2026 is hereby set at 1.9739 1.9551 mills ($1.9739 $1.9551 per thousand dollars of assessed property value). The 2025-2026 final adopted millage rate is equal to 5.00 4.00 percent more than the rolled back rate of 1.8799 mills ($1.8799 per thousand dollars of assessed property value).
