Approving entering into a month-to-month contract with Dirk Smits and the Law Firm of Vernis & Bowling to provide legal services, as the City Attorney, to the City of Key West, Florida for a maximum of eighteen (18) months, pursuant to the recommendation of the City Attorney Selection Committee; Authorizing the City Manager to make any necessary budget transfers or amendments; Authorizing the Mayor to execute any necessary documents upon consent of the Interim City Attorney.
