(set up at 12:00 P.M.) and an awards party on Sunday, January 18, 2026 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at Half Shell Raw Bar - 231 Margaret Street; Authorizing certain street closures thereof during the event; Granting an exemption from the Noise Control Ordinance pursuant to Section 6-86 of the Code of Ordinances; Pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager.
