*Authorizing Wesley House Family Services, Inc. to conduct a family friendly Holiday Village “pre-party” and the annual BeLighted Bike Ride on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Coffee Butler Amphitheater from 4:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M; the Holiday Village will be from 5:00 P.M. 9:00 P.M. with the BeLighted Bike Ride beginning at 8:00 P.M. and ending at approximately 9:00 P.M., starting at the Amphitheater traveling through the streets of Key West; Pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager.
