*Supporting the City's partnership with Naval Air Station Key West (NASKW), Navy Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Programs and National Energy USA to identify and increase service capabilities and resiliencies to reduce significant operational expenses, user rates and fees for the hauling and disposal of waste products generated by residents and visitors to the City of Key West, Florida; Designating a point of contact for the City of Key West; Authorizing the City Manager to execute the Letter of Support, attached hereto as "Exhibit A", and other necessary documents, upon consent of the City Attorney.
