*Authorizing the Monroe County Commercial Fishermen, Inc. to conduct the 20th Annual Florida Keys Seafood Festival at the Truman Waterfront Park, Major Field, on Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. and Sunday, February 15, 2026, from 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (set up Thursday, February 12 and Friday, February 13, 2026, and tear down on Sunday, February 15 , and Monday, February 16, 2026); Pursuant to terms and conditions set forth by the City Manager; Authorizing the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages within the enclosed area; Granting an exemption from the Noise Control Ordinance pursuant to Section 6-86 of the Code of Ordinances from 11:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 14, 2026 and from 11:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
