*Urging the Florida Legislature to enact HB 241/SB 350, which alllows an exception to a prohibition against driving at slow speeds set forth in FS 316.183, to include compliance with local ordinances regulating operation of a motor vehicle or any other conveyance on flooded or inundated streets; Authorizing the City Clerk to transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to designated members of Florida Legislature.
