Final Landscape Plan Approval with tree removal is requested for the expansion of the school. The project will require the removal of (5) Pigeon Plum, (9) Marlberry, (4) Jamaican Dogwood, (1) Mahogany, (1) Gumbo Limbo, (2) Strangler Fig, (3) Strongbark, (1) Yellow "Poinciana", (1) Lignum vitae, (3) Coconut palms, (1) Royal palm, & (1) Alexander palm. All of the required tree mitigation has been incorporated into the landscape plan.
