Stating its intent to request the maximum amount of Building Permit Allocations (BPAS) from the State of Florida Department of Commerce and Monroe County, based on the 2023 Hurricane Evacuation Clearance Times; Directing the City Manager to submit this Resolution to the Legislative Delegation for the Florida Keys to be presented during the 2025 Legislative Session, the Florida Department of Commerce, and the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners.
