Authorizing the City of Key West to enter into the attached "Revocable License Agreement for Nonpermanent Use of City Property" with Jill Snodgrass, (DBA Daily Plan-it), to allow the operation of an Artisan Market at Indigenous Park, (1801 White Street), on dates set forth in the Agreement, upon additional terms and conditions contained in the Agreement (August 11, 2024 - August 31, 2026).
