*Requesting the Monroe County Comprehensive Plan Land Authority to convey to the City of Key West two parcels of land located at 306 Catherine Street, and 307 Louisa Street in Key West (Parcel ID 00026460 -000000 and 00026490-0000) to the City of Key West, for recreation purposes; Authorizing the City Manager and the City Attorney to negotiate terms for the conveyance if approved during the November 5, 2024 General Election; Authorizing the City Manager to execute necessary documents upon consent of the City Attorney.
