Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to negotiate and execute the Contract Agreements as a result of this bid award
4. Approve/Disapprove the amended Appendix C, Pay Grade Schedule, of the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police, effective October 1, 2024
5. Award/Reject Bid No. 2324-11 to ABB Inc for the purchase of 38kV Vacuum circuit breakers for an amount not to exceed $722,426.81
6. 1. Award/Reject Bid No. 2324-07 Asphaltic Concrete Milling, Paving and Overlay of City Roadways to Hubbard Construction Company for an amount not to exceed $6,266,920; and<br>2. Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to negotiate and execute the Contract Agreement as a result of this bid award

Award Bid No. 2324-10 Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel Fuel to the Lowest Qualified Bidders: Mansfield Oil Company of Gainesville, Inc., as Primary contractor and Petroleum Traders Corporation as Secondary contractor for Item 1; Petroleum Traders Corporation as Primary contractor and LV Hiers, Inc., as Secondary contractor for Item 2; and Sunoco, LLC, as Primary contractor and LV Hiers, Inc., Secondary contractor for Item 3
