Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to negotiate and execute any contract as a result of this RFP award; and<br id="isPasted">3. Delegate authority to the City Manager to approve and execute all subsequent contract extensions through the maximum contract term
3. Approve a five-year Communications Tower Lease Agreement with the United States of America, Department of the Navy
