Award/Reject the agreement with Jones Edmunds Engineering, for construction administration services for an amount not to exceed $<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" id="isPasted">114,850</span> for this project; and<br>3. Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to negotiate and execute any contract as a result of this bid award
