Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to negotiate and execute any contract as a result of this bid award
- Approve an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Jacksonville for Capital Improvements and Repairs to the Jacksonville Beach Lifesaving Station
- Approve/Disapprove the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police for a three-year term effective October 1, 2025, with a re-opener in year 3 for wages only
- Approve the early purchase of the FY2026 CIP Item, a 40-foot bucket truck for Beaches Energy Relay/Substation Division, with a 48-foot bucket that is available for immediate purchase and delivery
- Approve/Disapprove the purchase of Sequential Batch Reactor Mixer Shafts for the Water Reclamation Facility for an amount not to exceed $74,456
