4. Authorize the purchase of diagnostic testing equipment from OMICRON Electronics Corp. USA, DILO Company, Inc., and Doble Engineering Company as sole-source providers
5. 1. Approve the purchase of Toro equipment using the discounted pricing provided by the First Tee; and<br>2. Approve the future use of the First Tee discount where it provides advantageous pricing to the City that is lower than competitively bid contracts
