Declare ESRI to be the Sole Source Provider of Small Government Enterprise Agreements for the ArcGIS Software; and3. Authorize the Mayor and City Manager to Execute the Small Government Enterprise Agreement with ESRI for ArcGIS software licenses
5. Accept the Monthly Financial Reports for the Month of August 2026
6. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve/Disapprove an additional construction contingency of $300,000 for Bid No. 2526-01, 10^th Street South Infrastructure Improvements – Phase II </span>
