A Resolution Of The City Commission Of The City Of Hollywood, Florida, Approving And Authorizing The Appropriate City Officials To Apply For And, If Awarded, Accept The Broward Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Cycle Complete Streets And Other Localized Initiatives Program For The Following Projects: 1) The Sidewalk Construction Infill Areas Within The Playland Estates Neighborhood, And 2) North Surf Road Improvements From Simms Street To Franklin Street In An Amount Not To Exceed $4,000,000.00 For Each Project, And If Successfully Awarded, Committing Matching Funds Estimated At 25% Of Total Costs For Each Project, Together With The Applicable Operating And Maintenance Costs Once The Projects Are Completed; Further Authorizing The Appropriate City Officials To Execute All Applicable Program Documents And Agreements; Acknowledging That The Projects Will Be Delivered As Local Agency Program Projects.
