CDD 26-0248 PETITION TO ESTABLISH THE VISTA DIROMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (CDD) Establish the Vista Diroma Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. Of the total $36,557,996 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”), it is estimated that about $7,928,340 (or 21.7%) of those costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
