CDD 26-0144 Petition to Establish the Berry Bay III Community Development District Establish the Berry Bay III Community Development District (CDD) in accordance with the attached ordinance. Of the total $90,950,000 budgeted for CDD-qualified common area infrastructure development costs (“common costs”), it is estimated that about $26,811,350 (or 29.48%) of those costs will be funded with long-term CDD bond proceeds.
