Pursuant to Section 8.02.09 of the Hillsborough County Land Development Code a phosphate mining permittee is required to submit an Annual Report of Operations containing a general summary of mining operations and reclamation activities the preceding reporting year and identify expected activities for the subsequent reporting year.
