2. Request approval to purchase property located at 2225 Placid Lakes Blvd., with funds of Placid Lakes Special Benefit District and execute the Real Property Purchase Agreement.
3. Request approval of a Real Property Purchase Agreement between Highlands County with Center Ridge Caretaking, Inc. and Marion E. Stephens IV for the acquisition of property adjacent to the Highlands County Multi-Sport Complex.
4. Request adoption of Resolution 25-26-046 for Budget Amendment 25-26-024 for the purchase of the property that occurred on 11/17/25 for the future Lake Placid Fire Station 36.
5. Request Approval for Resolution 25-26-044 pertaining to the Local Bill proposed related to the sale or lease of the Highlands County Hospital.
