A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CCNA WORK AUTHORIZATION WITH KEITH AND ASSOCIATES, INC.
