2. <strong><u>Resolution No. 2026-40:</u></strong> Approving the design-build amendment between the City of Greenacres and Kaufman Lynn Construction, Inc. for the Municipal Operations Center; establishing a guaranteed maximum price of $33,681,849.00; authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the amendment. - Monica Powery, Director of Purchasing
3. <strong><u>PUBLIC HEARING: Ordinance 2026-07:</u></strong><strong><u> Second Reading:</u></strong> Amending the City of Greenacres Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026, inclusive; providing for repeal of conflicting ordinances; providing for severability; and providing for an effective date. - Teri Beiriger, Director of Finance.
