Bond Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of Special Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2020 (B) A resolution of the City of Gainesville, Florida, authorizing and providing for the issuance of not to exceed $210,000,000 in aggregate original principal amount of City of Gainesville, Florida, Special Obligation Revenue Bonds, Series 2020 for the purpose of funding a portion of the unfunded pension obligations of the City with respect to the General Employees' Pension Plan and the Consolidated Police Officers’ and Firefighters’ Pension Plan; providing for the payment of such bonds from legally available non-ad valorem revenues of the City which are budgeted and appropriated by the City on an annual basis; providing for the rights and remedies of the holders thereof, and making certain representations, warranties, covenants and agreements in connection therewith; providing an effective date; and providing certain other details.
