Election of a Chair and Vice-Chair for Historic Preservation Board. Election of Officers. Historic Preservation Board elections for the upcoming 2019-2020 fiscal year. Project Description Historic Preservation Board shall annually elect officers to serve for a one year term at the pleasure of the Board, or until a successor shall take office, and the officers shall be eligible for reelection. Nomination of officers shall be made from the floor at a meeting in October of each year prior to the expiration of the term of the Chair and Vice-Chair, and the elections shall follow immediately thereafter.
