AGREEMENT AMENDMENT APPROVAL - COMCAST ENTERPRISE SERVICES - RESOLUTION 2024-05 APPROVING THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH COMCAST ENTERPRISE SERVICES TO PROVIDE A MANAGED METRO ETHERNET WIDE AREA NETWORK SOLUTION; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. </span> <em>Synopsis: Approves the First Amendment to the Comcast Enterprise Services Master Services Agreement and the Renewal Service Order which adds one circuit at Fire Station No. 2, one circuit at Water Plant No. 2., and reduces the City's monthly payment from $4,105.00 to $3,835.00.
