BY WAY OF A PIGGYBACK AGREEMENT TO THE BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, CONTRACT IN FISCAL YEARS 2024/2025, 2025/2026, 2026/2027 AND 2027/2028; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the purchase of Fire Department Advanced Life Support medical supplies and equipment from Bound Tree Medical, LLC. in Fiscal Years 2024/2025, 2025/2026, 2026/2027 and 2027/2028, by way of "piggyback" agreement to the Brevard County, Florida, contract.
- DEDUCTIVE CHANGE ORDER #13 - BLACKWATER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - RESOLUTION 2024-29 APPROVING DEDUCTIVE CHANGE ORDER #13 FOR BLACKWATER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ON THE FIRE STATION AT THE AIRPORT FOR THE DECONTAMINATION FLOOR SYSTEM; APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM SHARK COATINGS FOR THE REMOVED SCOPE OF WORK; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves Change Order #13 with Blackwater Construction Services, removing the decontamination area flooring from the scope of work for the new Fire Station #2 project for a decrease in the contract amount of $6,554.00, and approves a proposal from Shark Coatings to complete the work.
- <strong>LEASE AGREEMENT - SANDBAR AMELIA LLC </strong>- RESOLUTION 2024-25 APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH SANDBAR AMELIA LLC TO CONSTRUCT A SIGN ON CITY PROPERTY AT MAIN BEACH; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves a five-year lease with Sandbar Amelia LLC (the Sandbar Restaurant) to place a wayfinding sign on City property at Main Beach.
