1. <strong>PROPOSAL APPROVAL AND BUDGET TRANSFER - <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Hubbard Construction Company</span> </strong>- RESOLUTION 2024-149 APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM ATLANTIC COAST ASPHALT, A DIVISION OF HUBBARD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, FOR THE NASSAU COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FUNDED PECK CENTER CHARLES EUGENE RICHO FIELD MULTI-USE TRACK PROJECT AND APPROVING A BUDGET TRANSFER; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the proposal from Hubbard Construction Company for the Nassau County Board of County Commissioners funded Peck Center Charles Eugene Richo Field multi-use track project, in an amount not to exceed $40,969.05 and a budget transfer for surviving expenses.
2. <strong>PROPOSAL APPROVAL AND BUDGET TRANSFER - ALLIANT ENGINEERING, INC. -</strong> RESOLUTION 2024-150 APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM ALLIANT ENGINEERING, INC. FOR ENGINEERING, DESIGN, AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE UPGRADES AND RELOCATION OF THE CITY’S SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATIONS #3 AND #18; APPROVING A BUDGET TRANSFER; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves a proposal from Alliant Engineering, Inc. for engineering, design, and project management of the upgrades and relocation of Lift Stations #3 and #18, in the amount of $106,390, and a budget transfer in the amount of $15,800.00, to cover costs.
