1. <strong>PROPOSAL APPROVAL - ATLANTIC PIPE SERVICES, LLC</strong> - RESOLUTION 2024-216 APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM ATLANTIC PIPE SERVICES, LLC FOR MANHOLE AND LIFT STATION REHABILITATION OF PORTIONS OF THE CITY’S GRAVITY SEWER SYSTEM BY WAY OF “PIGGYBACK AGREEMENT” TO THE CITY OF SOUTH DAYTONA, FLORIDA, CONTRACT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the proposal from Atlantic Pipe Services, LLC to perform manhole and lift station rehabilitation services for sanitary sewer by way of piggyback agreement to with City of South Daytona, Florida, Contract #780-12503-2 and Contract #20-B-005 in an amount not to exceed $51,980.21.
2. <strong>SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE APPROVAL - DATA FLOW SYSTEMS - </strong>RESOLUTION 2024-214 APPROVING THE SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF TAC II SCADA SYSTEM PRODUCT LINE UPGRADES FROM DATA FLOW SYSTEMS FOR THE UTILITIES DEPARTMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $259,038; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the sole source purchase of TAC II SCADA product line upgrades in an amount not to exceed $259,038 from Data Flow Systems.
