  1. <strong>PROPOSAL APPROVAL - INSITUFORM TECHNOLOGIES, LLC</strong> - RESOLUTION 2025-07 APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM INSITUFORM TECHNOLOGIES, LLC IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $244,282.80 FOR THE REHABILITATION OF PORTIONS OF THE CITY'S GRAVITY SEWER SYSTEM AND STORMWATER SYSTEM VIA THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH OMNIA; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the proposal from Insituform Technologies, LLC to perform CIPP lining rehabilitation services for sanitary sewer and stormwater lines in an amount not to exceed $244,282.80 via the Cooperative Purchase Contract (#23-065-PW) with OMNIA.
  2. <strong>PROPOSAL APPROVAL - MUSCO SPORT LIGHTING, LLC -</strong> RESOLUTION 2025-09 APPROVING A MUSCO SPORT LIGHTING LLC PROPOSAL FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF OUTDOOR LED SPORTS LIGHTING FOR THE CENTRAL PARK TENNIS COURTS VIA A SOURCEWELL COOPERATIVE PURCHASING CONTRACT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Approves a proposal from Musco Sports Lighting, LLC to purchase and install Central Park tennis courts lights, in the amount of $62,000.00, plus $13,000.00 contingency, for a total project cost not to exceed $75,000.
  3. <strong>INTENT TO PURCHASE - ETR, LLC </strong>- RESOLUTION 2025-03 APPROVING THE INTENT TO PURCHASE OF A RESCUE UNIT FROM ETR, LLC IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $435,000; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves staff sending an intent to purchase letter to ETR, LLC to purchase a Rescue Unit in Fiscal Year 2025/2026, in an amount not to exceed $435,000.

JOAN BEAN AUDITORIUM FAÇADE REPAIRS IN THE AMOUNT OF $124,454.17 VIA COOPERATIVE PURCHASE; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Approving a proposal from Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc. to perform Atlantic Recreation Center Ms. Joan Bean Auditorium facade repairs in the amount of $124,454.17.
  5. <strong>PROPOSAL APPROVAL - <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Hubbard Construction Company</span> </strong>- RESOLUTION 2025-06 APPROVING A PROPOSAL FROM ATLANTIC COAST ASPHALT, A DIVISION OF HUBBARD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, IN AN AMOUNT OF $334,843.31, INCLUDING CONTIGENCY, FOR PHASE 1 OF THE PATCHING OF CITY STREETS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the proposal from Hubbard Construction Company for Phase 1 of the resurfacing of City streets in an amount not to exceed $334,843.31.
  6. <strong>AWARD OF ITB 24-23 - SPECIALIZED PROPERTY SERVICES, INC. - </strong>RESOLUTION 2025-05 AWARDING INVITATION TO BID 24-23 TO SPECIALIZED PROPERTY SERVICES, INC. FOR THE HISTORIC AMELIA ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE RESTORATION AND REPAIRS; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the award of Invitation to Bid (ITB) 24-23 to Specialized Property Services, Inc. for Historic Amelia Island Lighthouse restoration and repairs, in an amount not to exceed $1,161,843.06.
  7. <strong>AWARD OF RFQ 24-04 - <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Walker Consultants</span> -</strong> RESOLUTION 2025-04 AWARDING RFQ 24-04 TO WALKER CONSULTANTS FOR <span style="text-transform: uppercase;">Historic Preservation Architectural/Engineering Project Management services for rehabilitation of the Amelia Island Lighthouse;</span> AUTHORIZING NEGOTIATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approving the award of RFP 24-04 for Historic Preservation Architectural/Engineering Project Management, and authorizes negotiation with the top-ranked firm, Walker Consultants, in an amount not to exceed $130,000.
