FOR INSTALLATION OF A WATER MAIN AND SEWER FORCE MAIN ON FRIENDLY ROAD; AUTHORIZING BUDGET TRANSFER; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Synopsis: Awards ITB 25-08 to Southern Earthworks, LLC for installation of a water main and sewer force main on Friendly Road and approves the associated budget transfer in the amount of $347,386.

Synopsis: Awards ITB 25-07 to R&M Service Solutions, LLC for installation of a sanitary sewer force main on Simmons Road and the associated budget transfer in the amount of $224,842.00.
