3. <strong><em>SCRIVENER'S CORRECTION </em>- AWARD OF INVITATION TO BID 25-07 - BUDGET TRANSFER - R&M SERVICE SOLUTIONS, LLC. - RESOLUTION 2025-39 AWARDING Invitation to bid (ITB) 25-07 TO R&M SERVICE SOLUTIONS, LLC. FOR INSTALLATION OF A SANITARY SEWER FORCE MAIN ON SIMMONS ROAD; AUTHORIZING A BUDGET TRANSFER; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
