Synopsis: Awarding ITB 25-13 to Kingdom Construction for Main Beach Park Putt-Putt building construction, in the amount of $160,000, and approving a budget transfer to the Capital Improvement account, 3007200 56300 from the Recreation Capital Improvement account, 3007200 56300, in the amount of $42,800, for Project #25009.
2. <strong>LEASE AGREEMENT - GFWC WOMAN'S CLUB OF FERNANDINA BEACH</strong> - RESOLUTION 2025-61 APPROVING A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE GFWC WOMAN’S CLUB OF FERNANDINA BEACH, INC. FOR USE OF A PORTION OF THEIR PROPERTY FOR THE JOE VELARDI FIELD; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <em>Synopsis: Approves the lease agreement for a period of five years for the portion of Joe Velardi Field owned by the GFWC Woman’s Club of Fernandina Beach, Inc.
