1. <strong>OASIS MARINA LLC -</strong> <strong>MARINA </strong><strong>MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT -</strong><em> S</em><em>ynopsis:</em><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Resolution 2020-165 approved a five-year Marina Management Agreement and Dockhouse lease (retail store) with Oasis Marina LLC. This agreement expires December 1, 2025. This item was placed on the agenda by City staff to obtain direction on the next steps with the management of the Fernandina Harbor Marina.
2. <strong>BRETT'S WATERWAY CAFE - DEMOLITION & REDEVELOPMENT NEXT STEPS </strong>- <em>Synopsis: Resolution 97-72 and 2019-161 which approved a forty-year lease agreement with Centre Street Restaurant Group LTD (Brett's Waterway Café) which expires December 1, 2025. The City Commission set this project as the top priority in the 2025 Visioning Session and was subsequently approved by Resolution 2025-50. This item was placed on the agenda by City staff to obtain direction on the next steps in the redevelopment of the Brett's area.
