A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO SECTION 2-322 OF THE CITY’S CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO ADOPT AND UTILIZE THE FLORIDA SHERIFFS ASSOCIATION COOPERATIVE PURCHASING PROGRAM FSA23-EQU21.1:EQUIPMENT EXTENSION PACKET FOR THE PURCHASE OF ANY AND ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING ALL TERRAIN AND UTILITY VEHICLES, WHICH WAS COMPETITIVELY ENTERED INTO IN A MANNER SIMILAR TO THAT SET FORTH IN CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE V, OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES; IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED BUDGETED FUNDS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXPEND BUDGETED FUNDS IN FURTHERANCE HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
