A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE ADDITION OF NEW YORK LIFE EMPLOYEE’S WHOLE LIFE INSURANCE TO THE CURRENT ANCILLARY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE CITY ATTORNEY AS TO FORM AND LEGAL SUFFICIENCY; AND TO EXPEND BUDGETED FUNDS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY IN FURTHERANCE HEREOF; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
