A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, APPROVING A TWO (2) YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH NATIONAL MARKETING GROUP SERVICES, INC.
