A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND ENTER INTO A SERVICE AGREEMENT EXTENSION WITH LIMOUSINES OF SOUTH FLORIDA (LSF), FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE DORAL TROLLEY SYSTEM FOR A SIX-MONTH PERIOD WITH AN OPTIONAL ONE-TIME EXTENSION OF SIX-MONTHS, WHILE MAINTAINING THE SAME TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND PRICING OF THE CURRENT CONTRACT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THE DEPARTMENTAL BUDGETED FUNDS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT AND TO EXPEND BUDGETED FUNDS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
