A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, APPROVING A WORK ORDER WITH EXP US SERVICES INC. TO PROVIDE DESIGN AND PERMITTING SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE NW 112 AVENUE AND NW 50 STREET INTERSECTION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $95,384.11, WHICH INCLUDES A 10% CONTINGENCY FOR ANY UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS, RECOGNIZING THAT EXP US SERVICES INC IS A CITY OF DORAL PRE-QUALIFIED VENDOR; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE WORK ORDER AND EXPEND BUDGETED FUNDS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
