A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, APPROVING A WORK ORDER WITH GANNETT FLEMING TO PROVIDE DESIGN AND PERMITTING SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE NW 117 AVENUE AND NW 34 STREET INTERSECTION IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $99,094.60, WHICH INCLUDES A 10% CONTINGENCY FOR ANY UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS; RECOGNIZING THAT GANNETT FLEMING IS A CITY OF DORAL PRE-QUALIFIED VENDOR; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE WORK ORDER AND EXPEND BUDGETED FUNDS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
