A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DORAL, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH LADY CORREA BEACH TENNIS ACADEMY FOR THE PROVISION OF INSTRUCTIONAL BEACH TENNIS PROGRAMMING AT DORAL GLADES PARK AND DORAL LEGACY PARK, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS WITH THE OPTION OF TWO (2) ADDITIONAL ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS FOR A TOTAL OF FIVE (5) YEARS; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
