First reading of Odinance 24-08-LC, amending the official Zoning Map as referenced in the Land Development Code, Section 7.12.01(A)2, Zoning Maps, to include a change in the zoning designation of eight parcels of real property located north of Calhoun Avenue, as described and depicted in Exhibit "A" consisting of approximately 4.75 acres, from Calhoun Mixed Use - Village (CMU-V) to Calhoun Mixed Use (CMU).
