Second reading of Ordinance 24-07-PC, amending the Comprehensive Plan, providing for the adoption of a small scale amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map to include a change in future land use designations of eight parcels of real property located north of Calhoun Avenue, as described and depicted in Exhibit "A", consisting of approximately 4.75 acres from Calhoun Mixed Use - Village (CMU-V) to Calhoun Mixed Use (CMU).
5. Approval of Purchase - New Accounting System (Aclarian)
6. Approval of Purchase - New Permitting and Licensing System (MGO)
