Broken windows, doors, gates and other openings of such size that may allow a child or adult to access the interior of the property or structure must be repaired. Broken windows shall be secured by re-glazing of the windows, and broken or damaged doors shall be secured by newly installed doors. Boarding of windows and/or doors shall not be permitted except as temporary emergency security measures. Corrective Action: Remove boards from windows and/or doors, repair or replace.
