Courtenay Parkway Merritt Island, FL 32952 Violation: City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-5 adopting the latest edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, Section 303.1, which states that swimming pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, and in good repair. Corrective Action: Pool must be maintained and either drained of water or water must be chemically treated to remove algae, water should be clear water and sanitized. The property was in violation from August 24, 2026 to September 1, 2026, the violator having come into compliance after a cap of $10,000.00 fine was met. The property owner states she was unaware, she was to contact the Code Compliance Department Officer advising the pool was in compliance, so the officer could re inspect the unsanitary pool for compliance.
