DEL-24-067 MASSEY Property Address: 1553 Providence Blvd., Deltona, FL 32725 Parcel ID: 8130-55-06-0070 Property Owner: DAVID S PRICE EST 1553 Providence Blvd. Deltona, FL 32725 Violation: A City of Deltona Ordinance, Section 18-5, adopting the latest edition of the International Property Maintenance Code, Section 302.7, which states all accessory structures, including detached garages, fences and walls, shall be maintained and kept in good repair and sound structural condition. Corrective action: Repair or remove the fence. The property was in violation from August 2, 2024 to June 23, 2026, for a total of 690 days @ $25.00/ day = a total fine of $17,250.00. The prior owner David Price passed away February 2, 2024. The property went into violation on August 7, 2024. The owners heirs lived in Pennylsvania, PA and were not aware, they were heirs to the said property, until we made them aware of it in March 2026. After completion of the probate we purchased the property on June 16, 2026 and immediately brought the property into compliance. The main issue with this property too was the neighbors fence that was on our property line. We worked with the neighbors to remove it. We worked quickly to get this property into compliance as we are asking for forgiveness for this lien. I would like to recommend paying $1,500.00 for the trouble this has caused the City of Deltona.
