Corrective Action: You must obtain a permit for the rear screen enclosure. This case was for installation of a screen enclosure to the rear of the home.. The representative for the property is requesting a reduction for the amount owed for 2,045 days of non-compliance with a fine of$50.00 per day for a total fine of $102,250.00. The representative states in the request for reduction his Mother owned the property and he was unaware of the fines.The new property owner is requesting the fines be reduced to $2,500.00.
