Corrective action: You must obtain a permit for the concrete slab on the left side of the driveway through the back yard. Applications must be submitted to the City of Deltona, 2345 Providence Boulevard, Deltona, FL 32725. The structure must meet all requirements of city ordinance and be approved on final inspection.
