(45.4kg) of carbon dioxide. Corrective Action: Obtain an operational use permit for the liquid CO2 system. Permit can be obtained from Deltona Building Services, 2345 Providence Boulevard, Deltona, FL 32725. Please contact our office with permit number once obtained.
